UNITED STATES VS AMERICAN INDIAN PEOPLE - CLAIM FOR CLOSURE OF AMERICAN INDIAN /NEGRO PEOPLE LAND TRUST Public Land trust (established after the civil war in 1868) FOR SOVEREIGNTY TO AMERICA as their LANDS.

Claim Granted for the following reasons: descendants of American Indians / Black Americans today have received $$$ benefits from the United States Government: i.e.- food stamps, government grants, housing, educational grants, welfare, etc.

American Indians/Black Americans no longer have means to support or sustain their lives on the land without U.S. government support.

The American Indian debt owed to the U.S. entitles the U.S. to the whole ownership of the heritage inheritance (Land) to America in the Public Land trust belonging to the race of Anasazi / American Indian / Negro / Black American people.
