FOR THE CLAIM OF THE IDENTITY AND OF THE FRAUD OF THE ANASAZI-PEOPLE

For the fraud of the identity of the Anasazi-People is with the assimilation and with the integration by the other-Cultures of the ways of the life, with the imposition on the life of the Aboriginal-People by the legislative, by the administrative, or of the other-measures by the racist, by the scientifically-false, by the legal-invalid, for the morally-condemnable, and for the socially-unjust.

Article ~2: For the claim of the Anasazi-People is with the authority of the Natural-Law for the birth, for the freedom of the life, and for the equality of the claims and of the duties. For the apartheid against the Anasazi-People is with the lack of the authority of the law with the social-origin, with the color, for the language, for the race, for the sex, for the religion, and for the political-opinion.

For the commitment of the Anasazi-People is with the authority of the law for the dignity, for the liberty, for the security of the members, for the sustaining, for the improvement of the quality of the life, for the protection of the environment, and of the conscience-resolve of the People.

Article ~3: For the claim of the Anasazi-People as the original-race of the North-America is with the claim of the full and of the effective-enjoyment of the human-claims and of the fundamental-freedoms with the identity in the Charter of the Union of the Nations, of the Universal-Authority of the Human-Claims and with the International-Human-Claims-Laws. :

For the affirmation of the Anasazi-People in the Truth is with the authority of the Law in the Truth with the Truthful-Language-Law-Claim for the promotion of the laws of the Nature, for the Planetary-health, with the national and with the global-cooperation for the peaceful-solution of the differences of the opinions of the States with the claim of the Law, of the Equality, of the Liberty, for the Equity, and for the Sovereignty of the People.

For the sovereignty of the Anasazi-People is with the authority of the Law of the Nature.

For the Sovereignty of the Anasazi-People is with the blood of the Mothers. For the Mothers, with the birth of the child and with the passing of the blood is with the Sole-Authority for the claim of the life and of the land.
